Children aged 6 and older are charged the adult rate. Up to 2 children under the age of 6 may stay free when sharing a bed. Please bring identification for age verification at check-in.
Pre-Arrival Registration:
In compliance with Japan’s Private Lodging Business Act, all guests are required to complete a pre-arrival registration form with their name, address, and contact details.
Guests without a Japanese address must also submit a copy of their passport.
Stays of 28 Nights or Longer:
For long-term stays (28 nights or more), a short-term rental agreement is required under Japanese law. We will send you an online contract to sign before your stay.
Housekeeping Policy:
For stays of 2 nights or less, housekeeping service is not provided.
For stays of 3 nights or longer, light cleaning and trash collection are offered every other day.
As this is a vacation rental with a washer-dryer, guests are asked to wash linens and towels themselves during extended stays.
