4 Bedroom House in Arbær, Reykjavik
This house is located in a family friendly street / neighborhood in the capital area, only 11km drive from downtown Reykjavik. Only few meters away from the main road ( 1 ) to explore the south of Iceland, Golden Circle, Vik etc.
From the house is nice walking path around Lake Rauðavatn, that area is good spot to see the Northern Lights / Aurora Borealis ( if the weather conditions are right ). You can also enjoy the outdoor area in Elliðárdalur.
Our house has 4 bedrooms, master bedroom has King size bed ( 180x200 cm ). Second bedroom is spacious and has King size bed ( 180x200 cm ), single bed ( 90x200 cm ) and sleeping sofa. Third bedroom has single bed ( 120x200 cm ) and the Fourth bedroom has single bed. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need prepare meals at home, outside we have few years old BBQ grill that works fine. Our living room is spacious and we have fireplace that you are welcome to use.
We don't have any hot tub but only 1.3 km away is the best swimming pool in Reykjavik , Árbæjar swimming pool.
In the living room we have TV and Apple TV.
We provide linen, towels and soap etc.
It's a very nice house in a nice and calm neighborhood.
