Stunning sea side location of this beautiful new spacious beach house will provide a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the pristine Catlins Coast. Kaka Point's safe, lifeguard patrolled beach (summer) is across the road (30m). House is located only 200m from the Point Cafe/store/bar and local play ground. Explore Nugget Pt and enjoy spotting the spectacular sea lions basking on the rocks. Hide away to watch the yellow eyed penguins arrive at Roaring bay. Local bush walks within 1 km.
The large lounge with open plan kitchen and dining allows plenty of room to enjoy the stunning seaside views. Enjoy looking out at the Nugget lighthouse while cooking in the family sized kitchen (includes dishwasher, induction cooktop, conventional oven and microwave.) The sunroom is an added space for lying in the sun, playing games or some quiet time. It converts into a bedroom when the wall bed is down. The large deck allows for maximising indoor/ out door living and enjoying the sunshine.
