Summary: The owners were so enjoyable, they only spoke broken English but we were able to converse. The facility is a traditional Japanese inn, so sitting in the floor and sleeping on futon. Suggest using two futon if you are not so l used to sleeping in the floor. The air conditioning was great cause it was hot outside. Really close walk to Don Quijote and many shops, markets and food, 6 minute walk. Musashi Koganei station and area around have so much, Muji, Daiso, H&M.. Easy train ride into Tokyo, although the Chuo line does get crowded.

Summary: The owners are very attentive, and present the Ryokan as your being a guest in their home. The traditional tatami is clean and comfortable. Lots of art and Japanese mementos all over, make you feel that you are in aJapanese home. Hot baths too!
