Summary: Except for the water leaks in the dining room and kitchen (from the shower on the second floor), the place was awesome. The place is big with 2 toilets and 2 showers (with one bathtub). There is a washer which was very useful. The clothes dried overnight and during the day even when it was raining as there was a roof to cover them when you hang them. We were able to cook meat from the nearby supermarket which was the best meal we had (Kobe and wagyu?) The place was 5 minutes away from the train station. Lots of convenient stores, supermarket, restaurants, bakery nearby. It was a quiet and safe place. Most of all Jun was very helpful, responsive, and would answer all of our questions. His directions to his place was very helpful and easy to understand. PS: Just be careful of the stairs as they are steep. Also, if you’re coming in summer, the place will be very hot if it will be your first time to turn on the AC. Overall, the place is great.
