Extensively renovated in 2022 the property provides a seagull’s view overlooking the never ending action on Mangonui Harbour, one of the last working village fishing ports in New Zealand. On a daily basis bins of fresh fish are thrown from working boats up to waiting refrigerated trucks. Pleasure boats coming and going, catch your own fish from the wharf or watch others doing so.
