The apartment is located on a courtyard with several houses; a main house and two former farm buildings owned by the owner. In the courtyard ??there is an outbuilding that can be used for storage and a barbecue hut that can be used by all the vacation accommodation. The owner can also use the grill hut when he is present. In the yard ??there is a separate covered filleting area. In Steinvikvågen, about 1 km away, the boats are moored at the floating pier / marina.
