Positive: We are very satisfied with the accommodation. The size is right for our whole family of 7. It has two rooms and a private onsen on the verandah. The room size is just nice for my big size family. It was my family's first time to experience onsen and traditional Japanese dinner. Kamenoi hotel enabled my family to experience this and I'm really grateful for it. Great service, very nice staff and a very good experience. The location is perfect, close to ski resort. We like the hotel and the private onsen, we may decide to stay at Kamenoi hotel again if we have the chance to visit Japan again.
