Positive: Aithentic stay in Japanese village, lovely owner.

Negative: Anyway, I give the place well-deserved 10/10, but need to mention couple of things other travellers to be aware of. 1. It is in the countryside, so it is quite a walk to nearest shop or supermarket or restaurant (maybe 20 mins walk). 2. As in many traditional houses, you can not lock your room. I guess it is not a problem in general, since Japan is the safest country in the world, but...I came back one day just to find another guest (who got drunk and confused the room) sleeping in my room. No big deal for me, but could be critical for someone. 3. Honestly, it could be slightly cheaper.
