Positive: That you can park easily outside

Negative: This hotel did not meet the expected 4-star quality or service. The facilities feel old and the room was quite small. On the first day, the door was broken and we had to wait about 30 minutes for it to be fixed. I booked this place assuming the spa was included, but later found out it is not and requires an additional fee per hour, which is quite expensive. This should be clearly stated, as the listing is misleading. Breakfast was acceptable, but when we went there were not enough scrambled eggs available. Only one toothbrush was provided, and towels were not replaced even though the room was cleaned. Additionally, the pet fee is €20 per night, which is expensive for the overall quality and service provided. Overall, I don’t think the hotel is worth the price. The listing should clearly show that the spa is not included and requires an extra charge.
