Positive: The room was very nice. It was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, tv with many channels incl English speaking. Bathroom was perfect with very hot water -first time in Costa Rica. The location is also good- it’s very central and although it’s on the main road which is quite noisy, my room had no window which blocked most of the noise. The staff were friendly and smiling. Wi-Fi work perfectly in my room. In fact, I regret that I’ve already booked another hotel for my return in San Jose because I would definitely like to stay here again.

Negative: My room had no window which normally would be a problem, but in this case, possibly it was a blessing as it blocked the noise from the street.

Summary: Very good value for money
