Positive: The owners are a lovely couple with a cute and very entertaining daughter, who will make you feel immediately at home! They speak fluent English and Japanese, while the mother of the house speak also Chinese, Thai, and Malay. The whole house is super clean, and super close to a number of onsen and other amenities. The hosts will happily offer you towels to take to the onsen around town, as well as help you plan out your day in the beautiful town of Zao. 10/10 would stay again if I was in the area.

Negative: Nothing. Flawless.

Summary: Perfect place to stay, with a wonderful family, just a few meters walk from various natural onsen.
