Positive: 1. Really easy to reach the property from Nagoya main station. 2. The family room is really comfortable. 3. The host is very friendly. 4. Everything is kept very clean.

Negative: There are still some improvements which could be made to the common areas. As this is a new property, I would suspect that this would happen naturally. The family room e.g. does not have any place where one could hang towels. The bathroom could also benefit from some wall hooks for toiletry bags etc.

Summary: Clean, comfortable and decently priced
