This is a ground floor/semi-basement space (4 steps down) restored with quality furnishings and furniture. Includes a washing machine, dryer, espresso maker, TV and free wi-fi.
Please note that the ceiling is a bit low (215 cm).
Parking is free in this neighborhood where you'll find the largest outdoor thermal pool in Iceland, a Family Park and Zoo, botanical garden, Restaurants, cafés and art museums.
Our goal is to provide our guests with a nice and clean private space with a comfortable bed, bathroom and simple kitchen where they can enjoy free wifi, TV and prepare simple meals at a fair price.
Please note: Our building is currently undergoing exterior upgrades. Work is mostly outside and does not affect the interior (which is in perfect condition), but there may be occasional noise during daytime hours.
