• a main floor principle bedroom with a queen size bed and an attached bathroom.
• Second bedroom- downstairs, with a queen size bed.
• Third bedroom- downstairs with 3 twin sized beds (bunk bed)
• The downstairs bathroom is jack-and-jill style between the two bedrooms.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning and fans

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Guests have access to all of the property, with the exception of the caretakers' house + owners closet, storage & equipment areas
A 4x4 car is recommended during rainy season (May-august) but not necessarily required. No steep hills/mountains but the last 1-2 km are dirt and can get muddy/bumpy. We have a large driveway for parking.
The friendly caretakers, Eveling and Marcos, live in a Casita on site and are available to help with guests' needs. Cooking and cleaning services can be provided for your group with an additional cost.
There are also 3 very friendly dogs who love when guests visit! If you would prefer them not to interact with your group please let the caretakers know.
