Summary: It was our most expensive hotel we booked in Japan and the tiniest. We were prepared for small rooms in Japan, but this felt like a small cruise ship cabin. It was the worst bed and pillows I’ve ever experienced in all my travels. My husband and I both barely slept and woke up sore. The bathroom is a hazard. You have to take a huge step to get in and out of the bathroom. They forced housekeeping on us and we just felt like it wasn’t necessary in such a small space for how little time we were there. The front desk was very nice so I’ll give them that and there are a few cute restaurants nearby. If you’re just passing through for business or a layover fine. But never again. I’m hate to leave bad reviews but I wish I was warned. Again..our huge room in the middle of Ginza Tokyo was cheaper…
