Practical and nice terraced house in a perfect location right outside Budor Guest House/Budor Ski Lift. The area is 1.5 hours’ drive from Oslo and offers fantastic hiking opportunities for all seasons. Holiday house/terraced house from 2006 with underfloor heating in all rooms on the ground floor, two bathrooms and four bedrooms. Cozy terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The cross-country network for cross-country skiing covers e.g. 300km of groomed trails, including a light trail starting right outside the door. In addition to mountain hiking in the summer, there are fantastic opportunities for cycling on roads, trails, and in more challenging terrain, own hilly course on site. The slalom slope has 3 slopes, lovely forest trails, a separate slope with a lift for tobogganing and a free belt lift in a separate children's slope / toboggan run. There is a small pond 150 meters from the cottage with good swimming opportunities and a floating jetty to swim to. At the lake Yksensjøen you can fish and rent canoes. There is also a great playground and obstacle course nearby. Rich wildlife in the area and you can experience seeing squirrels, deer and much more. Short way to Løten where you visit Løiten Light, Norway's largest candle foundry. Short distance to Elverum. Charger for electric car on the cabin wall. There is a toll barrier for the cabin field of NOK 75.
