Living room with an electric hot air fireplace and exit to one of the balconies. Large windows give a good view of the fjord and nature outside the holiday home. TV channels are streamed via Apple TV / Google Chrome. Internet for streaming, fiber 50/50 Mbits. All floors on the 1st floor have underfloor heating. Exit from the hallway to the balcony on the 2nd floor. In the attached barn building, there are two seating areas and a long table with 12 chairs as well as billiards, table tennis, air hockey and darts. Outdoor activities: badminton and croquet. Swimming possibilities from shallow beach, 10 km. The area offers great mountain hiking terrain. 1-4 hour mountain hikes with fantastic views: Round with Norway's largest colony of Puffin Solia on Gurskøy and Muletua on Nerlandsøya. Runde is the closest and is located 11.4 km from the holiday home. Day trips: Ålesund - Jugendbyen by the sea, 1.5 hours. 2-3 hours to Geiranger, Trollstigen, «Rosenes by» Molde and Vestkapp - Norway's westernmost point. 300 meters to the mooring and boathouse for storing fishing equipment and with covered filleting space with light and running water. Boat for rent: 1x 21 foot Øien 620F with 70 HP Yamaha, GPS / chart plotter / echo sounder, 8 pole holders. Great sea fishing.
