A 15-foot boat is included in the price. The boat is moored at lake Eiksåvannet, just 50 meters from the apartment. The boat is equipped with GPS and mandatory safety equipment (lifebuoy, 4 emergency rockets, sea anchor, fire extinguisher and bucket). Life jackets are available. 2 parking spaces by the house in summer and winter. There is a sauna and a wilderness available for the guests of both holiday apartments.
