The apartment has been decorated to a great standard. The living room has the joys of the lovely balcony where you can have a cup of coffee in the morning or a romantic meal in the evening. The living room has a full UK TV system as well FREE wifi and air conditioning. There is also plenty of space for friends over to dine. The apartment has a large American style fully fitted kitchen for all your catering needs. The bedroom has a double bed and builtin wardrobes. There is a full family style bathroom as well. The apartment is located within the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well known restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch the entertainment and soak up the atmosphere. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.
For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.
Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5 minute drive away, or catch a taxi or use the local bus service!
