Positive: The owner is super cool and friendly. private space/compartment in the dormitory, beautiful front yard with smoking section. Located in beautiful residential area. Clean.

Negative: Dormitory is on 2nd floor (1 level above ground) and was quite warm at the time of my visit in early June, and there didn’t seem to be any aircon, which I really would’ve missed if I had stayed more than one night.
