Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Cute little house in the middle of the forest, well secluded and had lots of privacy. The house seemed like it was freshly renovated, and I think we may have been the first people there since. The house was clean and the Japanese traditional tatami may style and lamps were very nice! Massive thanks to the property owner, as I left my kindle behind and they were super quick to find it and offer to post it to where I am staying in Japan. Very kind and helpful!

Negative: Because it was newly renovated, we felt the house were missing a few items such as a chopping board to cut vegetables and the power supply was quite limited - so we couldn’t cook and use the heater and kettle at the same time, otherwise the power would turn off! We also felt that the house was quite cold as we were high in the mountains, so more powerful heaters would have helped to make our stay more comfortable.
