Sueños Del Mar translates to Sea Dreams, which is just what this home is! Perched directly above Dominical Beach, with 100 meters of paved driveway away from the ocean. This tropical villa has no equal! Incredible sunsets all year long, this is easily the best ocean view in the South Pacific of Costa Rica with the same spectacular view from almost every part of the house. Watch the people down below walk on the beach or the surf while lying in your bed. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing surf on the beach in the hidden rocky cove just below the house. Costa Rica Sea Dreams is exquisitely furnished with rare woods and granite, marble, and quartz counter tops. The villa Sleeps 14, with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. This three story villa has a private gym and bar on the third floor lookout. There are a total of 3 bars, a pool table, large tiled swimming pool, 2 waterfalls and 6 seat swim up pool bar. There is also a large outdoor jetted plunge pool. For the cooks in the house or the chef (available for hire), there is a top of the line gas grill and gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. The first floor outdoor area boasts a large “under roof” patio terrace with dining table and sitting area. The deck overlooking the beach also encompasses a seating area (with optional umbrella) surrounding a fire pit, along with three lounge chairs for those looking to bask in the sun. The main living area is large and comfortable for those days when looking for some R&R or watching a movie. The 3 car garage is accessed by an electric gate. There is beautiful landscaping, gardens, and putting green on the property, as well. The beach is a short walk away!

The first floor outside has an incredible large infinity edge pool and waterfalls with 6 person swim up pool bar, jetted plunge pool, and large covered outdoor entertainment area with top of the line BB-Q grill set up.
First Floor: Two bedrooms with queen size beds, smart televisions, and air conditioning. The spacious living room opens up to the pool area for indoor/outdoor living. The TV entertainment area has two extra large sofas and queen size Murphy bed. The pool table area has a large 8 seat bar with of course the pool table! There is a half bath for guests centrally located. The large dining table seats 12 around the gorgeous live edge Guanacaste table. Last, but certainly not least, the kitchen with its beautiful granite and quartz countertops including top of the line appliances and exotic hardwood cabinetry throughout.
Second Floor: Three bedrooms, each with king size beds, smart TVs and air conditioning, each with full bath and granite counter tops.
The primary suite with private lounge area and bar. The king size bed has memory foam mattress with cooling beads. The expansive ocean views can be enjoyed from the comfort of the bed. The large bathroom with his and her vanity sinks, large shower, and jetted tub emulating those same ocean and sunset views.

Third Floor: A large 9 seat bar and 6 person dining table. Nice multiple station gym setup. All with the insane ocean views and sunsets that take your breath away.
All bedrooms open up completely to the ocean and sunset view and cool cross breezes that blow through the bedroom all night!

The location of the villa is perfect. Perched just above the coast and within a quick 3 minute drive to restaurants, supermarkets, tours, and shopping.
We’ve recently upgraded the home’s electrical system! The previous whole-home generator has been replaced with additional solar panels and battery backup system, providing a more sustainable way to help keep you comfortable during these times!
Pack 'n play, kids toys, and gate to block pool are available upon request.
