The home boasts spacious open plan living areas with 3 large bedrooms {2 x queen + 1 x 2 singles (bunk)} & 2 bathrooms plus a 3rd beach shower for all to leave their beach attire on entry.
Experience the best shower you have ever had in the main bedroom’s beautifully designed open ensuite with large rain shower-head.
Cook to your hearts delight in the modern fully equipped spacious kitchen with granite bench tops, large chef’s oven & cooktop.
Elegantly entertain your guests on the lovely dining setting with all requirements catered for.

Waterview Retreat is also only 8 kms away from our local town beach - Ocean Beach, a 15 min drive to Elephant Rocks & Greens Pool & another 10 min drive onto our famous Tree Top Walk, with the town of Albany only a short 40 mins drive away. Denmark also boasts an amazing array of fine wineries, breweries & excellent restaurants to visit.
Due to high balconies & stairs this house is not suitable for children thus deemed an ADULT ONLY RETREAT.
However children 12 years old & over will be considered.
