Unit 1005 is located on the top level of Waterpointe 1 and features 3 bed/2 bath, full kitchen, cable TV in every room, washer/dryer, and a 16 foot balcony accessible from both the living room and master with fabulous views up and down the coast line from the 10th floor. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a king size bed, cable television, and an ocean facing sliding glass door with unobstructed views of the ocean. There are two guest rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a regular full sized bed. All bedrooms have televisions with cable service. Each unit has wireless internet. Located at 4619 South Ocean Blvd in the Windy Hill Beach section of North Myrtle Beach SC, Waterpointe 1 is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. Windy Hill is well known for its quiet family friendly atmosphere, away from the crowds and the noise of Main Street or down town Myrtle Beach, but yet is less than 5 minutes from dozens of restaurants and activities. Waterpointe 1 features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, grilling area with picnic tables, Cornhole game boards, and sun decks. The spacious air conditioned lobby is equipped with sitting areas and tables for playing games, family gatherings, or just relaxing.
