Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Good location, not far from train station. Owner/proprietor very nice and helpful. The room is large by Japanese standards, making it easy to spread out. Beds were comfortable.

Negative: I will offer some constructive advice: There is no "Wanderers Inn" sign outside, which makes it difficult to find the place. Please add a sign. We arrived just after dark and couldn't find it. The stairs up to the room are very steep with no handrail. Please add this for safety. There is a nice kitchen- type sink in the room, but no mirror anywhere. Hang a mirror over the sink. This is the only place we stayed in 4 weeks of travel that did not have a bidet toilet seat. The kitchen area is nice but lacks a microwave oven. This is a simple upgrade that would make a big difference. The shower room is up a second set of stairs. A large space again, but nowhere to hang or set clothing. Please provide wall hooks or counter space. The pillows were small and a bit overstuffed to be comfortable. Provide better pillows.
