Positive: The hotel is clean and the staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are nothing special really but they are clean and the bed is comfortable. For disabled people they have a big room that is fully accessible which is nice. I would add an accessible room as a separate choice to reserve at booking, this would make it much easier to book without the need for making extra calls for disabled people!

Negative: The natural lighting in the rooms was really poor, especially in the room on atrium that is at the edge. The room was almost dark through the day, please cancel this room or make it cheaper, it is not fair if people dont know this. The micro location is not good because it is surrounded by highway and office buildings. The metro station is really close to the hotel but you have to change trains to go to many major locations. The lobby is not clean because people leave trash all the time.

Summary: Not the best hotel, it is ok
