Positive: Compact, but very well equipped rooms. Great location, direct train to Haneda airport. Very near 2 subway lines, buses etc. Friendly staff, they helped us out with forwarding our luggage to the next hotel. Good complementary breakfast. Hard, but surprisingly comfortable beds.

Negative: Nothing, we had a lovely stay.
