The master bedroom is on the second floor with a king bed and ensuite. Downstairs you will find a room with 2x single beds and another room with a further king bed which can be made into 2x singles if needed. Please advise us beforehand. There are 2 other master bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite all with an external entrance.
Downstairs is a separate TV/rumpus room and a games room complete with pool table, tennis table and soccer table.
The well-equipped kitchen will make cooking dinner a delight and the huge dining table overlooking Eagle Bay is perfect for an evening with friends.
From here the house opens up to a wide enclosed verandah area perfect for alfresco dining. The main living area upstairs is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating, a wall mounted LCD TV and surround sound system.
A 7 minute walk down down Eagle Bay road and you're at one of Australia premiers beaches - fun for the whole family.
Linen is optional at this property & can be ordered by contacting our bookings team at any time by phone, email, in-App messaging, or on our website during the checkout phase of booking. The linen pack includes the bed made with top & bottom sheets, pillows cases, bathroom towel(s), bathmat, hand and face towel(s). K, Q or D $65, S $35, Twin Bunk $70, Tri Bunk $90. If you do not wish to purchase the linen package, you will need to bring the above.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
