Positive: The convenient location. It had all the basics we needed. The air conditioning was such a relief from the hot weather. The owner worked with us at the last minute to allow us to check in early, which was very helpful.

Negative: It was pretty cramped for 4 people and luggage, but this was not unexpected since the size was shared in the listing. There were two mat/beds for the floor, but only one foam pad. The accommodations were adequate, but could use updating.

Summary: Perfect location, basic accommodations.
