A short bush track up stairs leads to the house from the off street parking, the property is not wheelchair accessible. Good fitness level needed. We also recommend you have a torch as there is no pathway lighting.The downstairs is accessed from the deck, there is no internal passage between levels. The property is not suitable for young children.For boats bigger than 5m, there is a grassed area across the road where you may park your boat.Please only 2 car spaces parked in driveway, as this is a shared driveway with other neighbouring homes.
