The main floor common areas, located at the front of the house, boast vaulted ceilings and window lights providing abundant natural light. Three bedrooms and a full bath connect along a central hallway. At the back of the house on the main floor is the primary bedroom suite, accessible through the bunk room and adjoining laundry area or via an exterior entrance from the back deck.
A fifth bedroom with en suite bath on the ground floor with exterior access only offers privacy as well as a second refrigerator and microwave. BIKE TRAIL ACCESS: The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway runs through North Litchfield Beach parallel to Ocean Highway 17. Pick up the trail by heading toward Ocean Highway via North Boyle Road or Windover Drive to Trace Drive. Look for the white on blue Bike Path markers.
