This home has all seasons sorted, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 2 living rooms, we have space for everyone!
The master is on the top floor and boasts a super king bed which can be split into 2 single beds with a bathroom opposite, Bedroom 2 and 3 on the ground floor one has a king (also able to be split) and a queen bedroom. The second bathroom and laundry is also in the ground floor.
The Second living room a couple of steps up, yes lots of levels in this house is a kids heaven, TV, Pool table, Piano!! And a kitchenette with fridge, kettle and sink so you don’t have to go far for a drink! Bonus 2 sofa beds that can be made up to sleep another 4 people that’s 10 this house can sleep .
Living, kitchen and dining area open plan on the first floor with amazing flow out onto the spacious deck for your summer BBQ. Finished off your night with a dip in Spa to relax and unwind.
Spectacular views of the sea from the deck and peace and quiet this home offers on this quiet street with Sumner beach just a short drive away for you day of fun in the sun.
This home does have a lot of steps as built on a hill and not suitable for people with mobility issues or young children.
