AMENITIES: 10' X 22' PRIVATE POOL, ELEVATOR GOES TO ALL LEVELS, PRIVATE TIDAL DOCK. TVs in the living area and in every bedroom, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, Instapot, wet bar with wine fridge, and secure Wi-Fi. All bedrooms have a private bath.

First Floor: The kitchen, dining and living area have beautiful views of Jinks Creek and the Intracoastal Waterway. The dining table seats eight and there are four stools at the kitchen bar. The first bedroom has a double and twin bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds.
Second Floor: This floor has three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of Jinks Creek and the Intracoastal Waterway.
This is a KEYLESS ENTRY home.
This house rents on a weekly basis only.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
ALL PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
