Maximum people staying in the house is 7, however the base rate per night is for 5 people, each additional person will have an extra cost of US$25 per person per night so please add the total of people staying to get the correct amount to pay.

Important Note About Location
The property is located right next to the main road, which means that at certain times of the day—typically between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM—there may be some traffic noise noticeable around the pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area. Inside the house, however, noise is not a big issue.
For guests who are more sensitive, we provide complimentary earplugs. Additionally, using the jacuzzi naturally reduces the perception of noise, and we also offer a JBL speaker so you can enjoy ambient music and create a relaxing atmosphere outdoors. While the occasional noise is not generally bothersome, we want our guests to be fully informed before booking to ensure the best possible experience.
