One-of-a-kind historic craftsman home on the National Historic Registry located two blocks from the charming Devine Street shopping and restaurant area in heart of Columbia in great neighborhood. We are a 1-5 minute walk to the wonderful restaurants, cafes, and shopping. You can easily drive a few minutes away to Five Points area. A short less than 3 mile drive to USC Football Stadium for home games. One floor home has the master bedroom with a comfy queen bed, and lovely antiques throughout. The second bedroom has a beautiful antique double bed. The third bedroom has queen bed that can easily serve as another master bedroom. Fourth bedroom has children's twin bed for children to enjoy when they visit. There are two full baths with a bathtub in one and full shower in the second.
Kitchen is bright, artistic and large with a 6 ft table for family gatherings for casual meals, modern appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need for family meals and entertaining. A lovely formal dining room is adjacent for enjoying meals and lingering in conversation. A formal living room offers yet another seating area for many places to gather...both of these rooms have large windows that provide charming views of the surrounding neighborhood. The great den is where we watch TV, read books or listen to music from our book and CD libraries. The den is furnished with antiques, eclectic artwork and ample, comfortable seating and floor space for family time. The house can sleep 7 people in beds comfortably. We also have a queen air mattress to sleep 2 additional people.
This is a wonderful home for couples or families who want to relax in a great environment and be well located to enjoy Columbia and the University of South Carolina.
