Positive: The property is fantastic. Located atop a hill and surrounded by dense forest. The view to the mountains is superb and even better than to the ocean. The staff were wonderful, and Daniela at the reception, and Jose and his informative tours through the forest and hanging bridges stood out as exceptional, but most of all, we found Warner as an extremely warm and friendly host of the restaurant together with his staff.

Negative: The hotel architecture is average and has no style.

Summary: Wonderful stay because of the friendly and caring staff.
