Inside, unwind in the great room by the stone fireplace or gather in the modern, open-plan chef`s kitchen. For entertainment, enjoy a movie night in the media room with its projector, or head to the game room for some friendly competition. There is a bonus wine cellar space should you need it!
The outdoor experience is truly the centerpiece of the property. Your private, lagoon-style pool feels like a secluded resort, complete with waterfalls, a slide, and a gentle beach entry. Unwind in the hot tub while taking in spectacular valley views. With over 5,000 sq ft of outdoor living space spread across multiple decks, you can dine alfresco at the outdoor kitchen and grill, or gather on the top deck as the sun sets.

* **Bedroom 3:** Double bed, with shared access to a hallway bathroom with a stand-alone shower.
* **Bedroom 4:** Queen bed, with shared access to a hallway bathroom with a stand-alone shower & bathtub.
* **Bedroom 5:** Queen bed, with shared access to a hallway bathroom with a stand-alone shower and a television.
* **Bedroom 6:** Queen bed, with access to the lower floor bathroom with a stand-alone shower.
* **Office:** Twin bed with a Twin trundle bed (added July 2024).

We strive to provide all listed amenities, but please be aware that services in our beautiful mountain setting can sometimes be less reliable than in urban areas.
**Recent Property Updates (July 2024)**
Please note that we have recently made some bedding changes to offer more flexible sleeping arrangements. Bedroom 2 now features a Queen bed, and the twin beds formerly in that room have been moved to the office as a daybed with a trundle. We are in the process of updating our photos to reflect these improvements.

This is a whole house rental. Access to the outdoor spaces is private for your use. There is over 5,000 sq ft of outdoor space spread over multiple decks, an outdoor room with a grill and half bath, and of course the pool area.
We monitor the messages sent and strive to be responsive. Our cell phones are also available in the house manual that is provided prior to check in.
As of July 2024 we added a Queen bed to bedroom 2, though we do not yet have pictures. The twin beds pictured in that room have been moved to the office space to create more sleeping options.
Limited Availability of Services - IMPORTANT NOTICE PLEASE READ.
We make every effort to provide all of the amenities listed in the property description, as well as timely maintenance and service for such amenities.
However, at times, due to events outside of our control, these services may not be as fast or reliable as guests are used to in urban areas. Internet speeds, bandwidth and reliability in the mountains may lag behind what you may be used to. We have Starlink and Verizon 5G and we make every effort to ensure that this is functioning with low latency and high bandwidth. Guests wishing to use videoconferencing, streaming services or multiple simultaneous internet connections should be aware that performance may not meet the levels they are accustomed to.
No guests are permitted on the property that haven`t been disclosed.
Pet Fee $100 per pet (except service animals). All Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking and are subject to owner approval. No pets on any furniture at anytime. Additional cleaning fee will be assessed for guests that disregard this.
Any furniture/household item that has been moved must be returned to its original place upon checkout.
