Summary: First time staying in Fukuoka. Nice ten minute walk from Hakata station from Chikushi exit (Shinkansen side). We reserved a room for four with four futons so we could all stay in one room. For four adults, futons were side to side and maybe an 18 inch space from wall. All our luggage (6 suitcases) were in a space by the door to give you the room size. We liked the shared dining space in the lobby with a microwave, two stove tops and a toaster. You wash your own dishes but you have space to eat any take out downstairs. We liked the washer and dryer, 300 yen for washer and 200 yen for about 50 minutes of drying. Pleasantly surprised that our Jeans material dried in one dryer cycle. No frills but staff is friendly and spoke english and even helped with getting a taxi to airport on the day we left. Would consider staying again if the circumstances were the same.
