Situated on the front line of a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, this south west facing is beautifully modern furnished & fully air-conditioned apartment and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom also for additional sleeping the apartment has a sofa bed.
The bright open plan dining / living area contains a dining table, sofa, coffee table, with a LCD TV, with access to English and European television programmes and radio stations and broadband Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with Halogen hob, oven, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, toaster and toasted sandwich maker. The large terrace is equipped with a 4 seater dining table and Garden furniture.
An outside storage area where there is a washing machine. A large communal swimming pool is just yards away, with separate shallow area for small children, and playground equipment, are a few steps from the front door. The on site supermarket, bars and restaurants are within a few minutes walk from the apartment.
