We are offering for rental our duplex Villa 11 at The Palms, Playa Flamingo Costa Rica. The Palms is an ocean front luxury collection of private residences with gated parking and 24/7 security located on one of the best beaches of Costa Rica, white sand, approximately one mile long, almost always safe for swimming and with pristine blue Pacific Ocean waters. While all villas at The Palms are wonderful, our villa directly faces the ocean and is oriented NW so the hot sun is not directly facing us. With the western exposure, sunsets are magical.
Our villa is a combination of modern chic, yet filled with beautiful local art, is fully furnished with tasteful furniture and stocked with everything you might need and features on the lower level a gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, including a 48” refrigerator, a dining area with table for 6 and a comfortable living area with a 65” Sony TV. The living area opens to a private patio with a table that can seat 12 and couch for lounging. The lower area also features a powder room and laundry area with washer and dryer. If you wish you can use our reverse osmosis system for drinking water. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two full en-suite bathrooms, the master with a king size bed and ample office area. The master has a beautiful terrace facing the ocean with a couch and love seat. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a small terrace. All the beds have new mattresses with organic cotton sheets to provide a comfortable night sleep. All rooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans and screen doors so you may enjoy fresh breezes and the soothing sound of the ocean.
The Palms has two swimming pools, a circular quiet adults pool and a large beachfront infinity pool (100 feet long). The Palms also features many amenities to be enjoyed by owners and guests, including a fully equipped gym and barbecue area with two professional Weber grills with grill master utensils and bar style seating, cleaned daily. In addition, there are beachfront and pool lounge chairs and daily pool towel service, as well as a full collection of beach toys - paddle boards, kayak, boogie boards, etc. There is a small business center if you prefer to work outside the villa. High speed Wifi works throughout the property. And there is a fully stocked bar with our wonderful bartender, Anthony!
The Palms also has an arrangement for quick food delivery from an excellent beach restaurant, Coco Loco, featuring Chef Jean-Luc. You may also order for delivery food from other local restaurants. Moreover, it is easy to arrange dining under the stars with a private chef who can use the Palms commercial kitchen or our villa kitchen as you prefer. If you prefer to dine out, there are many wonderful restaurants nearby.
The Palms has a knowledgeable onsite concierge service to help you book excursions, sailing adventures, make restaurant reservations, arrange chef experiences, twice weekly local seafood delivery, teen and children activities and more. There is also a full-time manager to deal with any emergencies and good and responsive local medical service.
The Palms has an Etiquette policy, a simple set of rules you must comply with to assure safety, courtesy and peace and quiet for all.
We feature Jonathan, our local manager, who will make sure our villa runs smoothly. Jonathan is often on-site to answer any questions you may have and he can arrange a fully stocked refrigerator on your arrival, as well as provide any wines you might like from a local wine store. We can provide you with a contact for the local organic framer coop for Saturday farm delivery. Daily housekeeping is provided. Jonathan can also arrange for a driver to bring you to and from Liberia Airport.
