Upon entering the villa is a grand hallway that welcomes you inmeditaley with what this villa is all about, magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea! An attractive living area styled with character leads onto a lovely terrace with a comfortable spacious lounge seating and a large family dining table. Adjacent is small thatched cabanna with a jaccuzi to relax and benefit the views.
The living area comes with comfy love seats and a sofa to nestle away while watching a good film on the home cinema system.
There kitchen is full equipped and has everything you need for preparing your meals.
On the first floor we find 4 out of the 5 bedrooms. All bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms are air conditioned, have build in wardrobes and have an adjoining terrace with seating to enjoy the astonishing views. The 5th bedroom is on the ground floor right beside the living area.
Below in the garden is a private infinity pool from where the views are just incredible and where the entrance to Cala Granadella is to be seen. Here is a sundeck to chill and sunbathe, as well as other terraces to choose from to do so.
