Positive: The spa and location was great. The spa in particular was amazing, once you managed to escape the wardrobe.

Negative: A filthy wardrobe for the spa (clogged toilet etc), and many small inconveniences that made the luxurious experience lackluster. Missing shoe horn, sweeteners, tea selection, a blanket of some sort for the coldish suite and a better selection of (vegan and allergy friendly)food for the slightly outrageous pricing.

Summary: Had a great time, despite this review.
