Summary: Hotel was lovely and we had a really great stay. It appears to have had a renovation recently (stayed Jan 2026) and the room was really well equipped, comfortable and clean. Staff in the main hotel were excellent. The service at breakfast in the GPO cafe was a bit manic and disorganised, and the layout feeling a bit cramped contributed to that feeling of chaos at peak breakfast time with customers and staff all trying to move around.
