Ohama Seaside Park is a beach selected as one of the 10 Amami Oshima views, and it is a spectacular view point of the setting sun, and the best panorama spreads for starry sky observation.
Also, it is in a strange place where the national forest "Kinsaku virgin forest" and "convenience store" are close.
The owner is a "pure islander" who loves brown sugar shochu and songs, and everyone calls him "Kenji".
