Positive: The space was great. For a westerner, lived the heated toilet seat. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast delivery at whatever time we requested, fantastic!

Negative: The room smelled smokey. We were not used to that. Sitting by the window for a while was a little drafty, again not used to room heating in Japan.
