Positive: instructions for keylock location could have been a little more clearer, like attached to house. Took me 10mins to find a black box attached to the black base board of the house. Only mentioned beside ramp & beside large pot The view from the decks were fabulous!!

Negative: would recommend replacing the mattress on downstair double bed - very visible dips on both sides. Made sleeping uncomfortable. When we arrived, there were some pizza boxes left on the outside deck, not by us, but we put them in the bins provided.
