Positive: The location was superb, the property and its sharing facilities were very clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The local spa recommended was the best decision where we throughly enjoyed with the locals. The really helped us making our Hakone trip successful. We managed to do the loop and the location was very strategic. The town itself had lot to offer !

Negative: Can't say much as we stayed only for a night.

Summary: Relaxing stay in very beautiful part of Hakone !
