Summary: Outstanding in all respects Far exceeded expectations for a large hotel Onsen. Wonderful views of Mt Fuji from room and private open air onsen. Great kaiseki dinners. Traditional Tailo drummers an unexpected delight. Service extraordinary in true sense of ometanashi. Rooms spacious and grounds spectacular
