Mornings can quite easily turn into afternoons here, and cups of coffee can easily turn into glasses of wine!
Feeling peckish? Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy long lunches at the large family sized dining table in the open plan upstairs area. Back out on the deck to sip your favourite beverage while the kids head to the beach for sand and water fun. Wave to them from the comfort of your spot, you won’t want to move! You could watch the surfers and kiters revel in their playground, but even that might be too much effort!
In the cooler months, light the fire, snuggle up on the comfy sofa, play one of many board games, challenge yourself with a jigsaw or just watch the waves crash in.
Originally constructed in the 1970s, the house has enough space for two families; the downstairs lobby provides a perfect getaway for the kids to retreat and play games, while the expansive upstairs area is decorated with curated furniture throughout.
On the lower level you will find an extra-large queen bedroom with sitting area, a bunkroom consisting of two double-bottom/single-top, bunk beds, along with a fourth bedroom which has a single and pull out trundle bed. These bedrooms are serviced by a family bathroom with separate toilet.
The beach styled upstairs master is blessed with panoramic beach views from the comfort of the king bed. It has a hanging wardrobe, is serviced by a bathroom and toilet, which is shared with the upstairs area. The upper level is fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning and antique wood heater/cooker, keeping you comfortable all year round. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee pod machine (and a few pods to get you started), toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, induction cooktop and modern electric oven. A small rear east facing balcony stands conveniently off the dining area, where you can catch the morning sun, and includes a barbeque.
Enjoy a morning ocean swim then rinse off under the outdoor heated shower. Take a short walk to great local coffee outlets, cafes and house made foods at the Port Quays store. Enjoy a meal or drink at The Cut Tavern or experience local activities such as golf, cycling, crabbing, fishing and boating.
This property is only 80 kilometres from Perth CBD, giving you the option to extend your holiday an extra night and return to the city early in the morning.
